Step 1: Sign Up for Your Free Blogger Account
Go to Blogger.com and sign up for your free account. Why Blogger? Here are 3 reasons why: (1) You need a blog or a website to run Adsense ads on and Blogger makes it as easy as 1...2...3 to create your own blog, publish it and run Adsense ads on them; (2) Google loves content from Blogger blogs. And in case you didn't know, Google owns Blogger; and (3) my favorite reason - it's FREE! (note: a free hosted blog is cool to get your Adsense publisher ID and/or to test your niche ideas. But as you develop your blog, get more traffic and make money from it, you'll definitely want to get your own "dot com" domain name and your own web host.
What you're doing here is creating a Google account - enter an existing e-mail address, create a password at least 6 characters in length and enter the name you want to use when you sign your blog posts.
Just go to Blogger.com right now and get your account set up today.

Step 2: Naming Your Blogger blog and Choosing the URL
Take a little time to research this and give some thought to selecting a name for your blog and choosing a URL because .....For example, if your topic is " training tips for Dobermans ", then you might want to name your blog "Training Tips for Dobermans". You might want to use http://training-tips-for-dobermans.blogspot.com or http://trainingtipsfordobermans.blogspot.com as the URL (note: the hyphen [-] is the only non alphanumeric symbol that can be used in creating a URL for a blogspot).
Step 3: Bring Your Blogger blog To Life And Make It Look Like A Real Website
Now it's time for you to select a template to bring your Blogger blog to life! When you set up your blog in step 1, you probably noticed that Blogger has a number of pre-made templates for you to choose from and use. The default template is Minima and if you want to change it, just click on the one you like the most and save it. You can easily change your template anytime you want.
If you find the regular Blogger templates to be a bit too boring for your tastes, it's pretty easy to change them. You should definitely check out (1) BTemplates.com and (2) Free Blogger Templates for blogspot templates to make your blog more attractive. I discovered these sites while doing a Google search for "free blogger blog templates" and found some very eye catching templates. Another thing I do to make my Blogger blogs more attractive is to hide that dorky Blogger navigation bar that appears at the top of your blogspot by adding a simple script to the HTML of your blog template. In the following module, I've posted a YouTube video that shows you exactly how to do this, so go ahead and check it out now.
(Note: Before you make any changes to your blog's template, save a copy of it in Notepad on your computer. That way if you mess something up, you can easily restore it. It can also save you time when setting up new blogs.)
You can also add or delete page elements or change the fonts & colors of your blogspot from the Template tab under Edit Layout.
Step 4: Apply for Your Adsense Publisher ID!
You can apply for Adsense through Blogger.com from your blogspot's Template tab under Page Elements sub heading or you can submit your application thru the main sign up page for Adsense . Click the sign up now button and follow the instructions. That's it - if you followed the instructions in this lens you will be approved for Google Adsense in 2 - 3 days.
